I am not often gob smacked. But I have to tell you all, my issues with Bafang USA Direct got me there. I simply ordered a $60 part for an e-bike conversion that I am doing. The part was shipped, but after a week, it had not moved from the origination scan by FedEx. So I reached out to Bafang USA Direct customer service, and it went weird and quickly! Below is the back and forth. It went super off the rails.
