What happened to the right click menu (on Chrome's icon)?

I used to be able to choose a few options like "open in new window" and "open in incognito" directly from Chrome's icon, but now those choices are gone. Did I do something? Is there a setting for this? Been using Chrome for 10+ years (although on Windows 7 until last month), didn't even know you could remove those options.
