Scheduling opening at what time in Southern California, not 3pm?

I live in Southern California and the time slot to start scheduling used to be 3pm. I would schedule the shifts 5 days in advance. It’s not opening up the time slots at 3pm anymore. But by the time I wake up the next morning all the shifts have been taken.

Any other SoCal dashers can tell me the time when the schedules open so I can I set my alarm accordingly ? lol
