TWW noob/returning player questions

Hello all,

Have done a few searches and have came up with no clear answers so any info on the below topics would be greatly appreciated.

1. raid lockouts.

I believe TWW allows 2 runs of a raid level each week, per character. Is this just any 2 runs or does it reset on Tues/wed and then Fri/sat?

Also read someplace you can participate in multiple raids but the bosses only drop once(or twice it seems) per week ?

2. enchanted Gilded harbinger crest / enchanted runed harbinger crest

I'm aware these are the required reagents to get crafted gear top tier (alongside crafting skill and top tier crafting mats) it appears this is a world drop ? Any info on where to farm for this?

But most importantly can this drop for any character or does it HAVE to be an enchanting toon ?

3. respecting professions

Two fold on this one;

Is there ever any way to refund your knowledge if you done goofed on your KP ?

If I drop a profession entirely is it essentially a void venture and all that skill and KP gone or can I reallocate the KP elsewhere ? Does it stay there if I re-spec back into it ?

4. spark of omen

Seeing some conflicting info on this as well.

My understanding is you get a 1/2 shard per week from the weekly world quest boxes

However I also got a 1/2 drop from a raid last night.

Are these farmable else where ? Did I just get lucky ?

Or is that my lot for the week 1/2 from a raid and 1/2 from the weekly boxes.

5. recrafting gear.

Does this keep my embellishments, enchants, gems/sockets, missives in place and it's just leveling up the core element of the item or do I need to reapply all of these things ?
