The first half of the season was great, the second one is pure struggle

Hi guys!

I had an amazing start of the season with my 2nd slovak league team (lost only 3 out of 13 matches), but after the winter break things started to fall apart. My guys cant score goals, create opportunities and we make horrible mistakes in defense. Is there something I can do with the tactic? Do you have some other tips/hints?
