Need £40 for emergency

Hi all, As per title, I really need this amount urgently and I'm unable to get it anywhere else unfortunately or I would never ask on here. I need this amount to pay for a medical appointment. I have some money I can put towards it but I am still needing about £40 on top of it. Would be so great if anyone could help me with it and I would appreciate your generosity more than you could ever know.
