Incident report taking awhile

Hey y’all, I’m trying to get an incident report filed and am wondering if there’s a faster way. I called 311 on Monday and they took very general info, then said that APD would be in touch within 14 days to gather more details and get the report in the system. I’m reporting harassment and stalking and need to the document as evidence to provide to my landlord so that we can work on options for alternate housing or transferring me to a different unit. I don’t feel safe at my home and am scared that I don’t have anything official filed yet. Is there a faster way or another route I should’ve gone? APD hasn’t contacted me yet.
