Even Dealership never seen this issue - Hyundai Sonata 2018

Lately, I've been having a strange issue with my Hyundai Sonata's key fob and start button. When I get into the car in the morning and press the button, all the lights come on, but the car won't start. The brake pedal also feels stiff, and I can't press it down. I've already replaced the batteries in both key fobs, but the problem persists. It takes about 10 minutes of repeatedly pressing the button before the car finally starts. After that, it works fine for a couple of weeks, but then the issue randomly comes back when I try to start the car in the morning.
