I just need some general advice on how you guys handle harsh reviews.

I've been posting a fanfic on AO3 for a little bit over a month now. I post weekly. Last week I got some really harsh reviews on my last chapter. One particular one accused me of posting torture p*rn of the main character of my fic. That hurt my heart, like bad things are happening to her, but there's a reason. I almost didn't post this week. So just wondering how y'all deal with that?
