I can't believe it - ONEderland!

After hovering back and forth around 200 for a week, I'm finally solidly in onederland!! I started May 1, and am still on 4.5, so I feel lucky that it hasn't been too tough. Main complaint is tiredness. It's getting a little better, or I'm just gettinng used to it. I lift at the gym 2x/week, but am not too consistent with getting steps in. Some days it's a lot, some days it's 20. I've lost 19% of my starting weight. I was wearing a size 18W jeans, and now size 14 is loose on me. Just now daring to pick up some new clothes here & there.

My goal weight is still 60 lbs from here, but I feel so much better, and haven't been this weight for 20 years. Lots of little issues have resolved, like fast heart rate after eating, aching feet & legs & hips, I've had to adjust my CPAP to a lower level, I'm starting to save up for an arm lift as my upper arms are quickly deflating & sagging. I go for labs in 3 weeks, so I'm hoping I'm out of the pre-diabetic A1C range too. Big changes, all for the better! I only wish I'd done a body scan at the beginning of this journey so I can see the changes in 360 for myself.
