Criteria for Top Seller

Hi,

I am on my last month to become a top seller, and it has certainly not been an easy ride.

Can anyone clarify if "Maintain a refund rate below 5% (This excludes partial refunds.)" is per month, or overall?

Had some users buy then immediately request a refund, and I hope this doesn't ruin my chances of becoming a top seller.
