will i get sent somehwere if i tell me therapist the whole truth??

for info im not gonna get into too much detail about my age but im under 18. if i tell me counseller/ therapist that im addicted to sh and have suicidal thoughts, wrote a suicide note and if i were to commit i would know what i would do? also to what extent would my parents find out?
