Declined from boa and Wells Fargo

As the title states I applied for bilt and boa PR late August but I was declined. This is probably due to multiple factors on my end but wanted to ask when is a good time to try again?

1. Opened boa CCR in March2024 with carrying balance since its intro 0% interest.
2. Opened Amazon prime visa in may/june 2024
3. Opened USBAR July 2024.

I am trying to get boa PR first and need advice.
