Busiest day for Mexican Indep. Day this weekend?

I have some travel in and out of the city this weekend and trying to determine the best days to go/come.

Last year, 90 was a bit of a mess to get downtown (where I live). With Independence Day being on Monday, do we think most of the road closures/street blocking will happen Saturday night? Or Sunday night? Or both..?
