Hi Reditors,
I have raised a few complaint tickets after my steam account was hacked.
I have submitted some accounts that managed I think were involved. But no action has been taken. (None that would help me, or know of). I have addtional proof in this regard.
As I raised 1 too many complaints aparently, in consequence my account was locked and I am no longer able ro raise tickets (nice one guys).
Feedback provided is and I quote
"Because you've demonstrated and stated your intention to continue opening new requests regarding this matter, your account will be blocked from creating new Steam Support requests for a short time. Please avoid repeatedly reopening closed requests if you wish to be able to contact Steam Support.

Short time, being up to 6th of october, this is actually outrageous. Short time is 1 month.
I have asked and suggested you message the involved parties, inform them about the situation and revert the transaction.
Either the transaction will be reverted or you will have to compensate me for the stolen funds.
This is not normal and I feel that you as either the company or as client suport are involved as you are refusing to sort this out.
The thing is as previously confirmed, you very well know about the scams including this one and of course how they work, but I am having a hard time understanding why you are not reversing the transaction, as you know there is fraud involved.
I feel you are involved in the process.
Maybe you getting a sort of a cashback for the fraudulent transactions, or you are actually taking action but keeping the funds.
I (can, but won't) underatand it's a "small" amount, but for me it's money, for you, maybe change. I also understand there are players who lost more, but nothing I ca do for them.
I am interested in my own problems though and do want my refund.
In addition to getting my account hacked and after getting depressed I did not even open steam (since initial hack 31st Aug). Now 9 sep rolls areound and a friend asked me to play only to find that I no longer have any skins during the game.
Hmm may be a bug, so until that competitive game ended I did not put much taught into it as I was hopimg i'ts because I updated my steam password/ Guard (the whole 9 yards) combined with the hack, but nevertheless game ended and I went to check my invetory only to find out that I have 0.00 items in inventory and this happened under your "watchful eye".
On the 6th of august my inventory was transfered to nobody basicly, because I cannot see any transaction confirmation and no username or account for the transaction, so this leaves me say that you actually know what happened.
Below you will see a snip relate to the complaints raised and all of the confirmation history, nothing on the 6th of september, you will abso be able to see my account information as well as I have nothing to hide and hopefully somebody can review this and take it seriously.
I really hope somebody sees the post and can help me.
Maybe somebody within company will understand this is a big deal for myself, take this seriously and restore my inventory at least, I worked and invested a lot of wirk to get some "nice" skins.
One of the snips has my whole inventory, I can also add it as a list.
Best regards,
Valentin
P.S. the last transaction is with a friend that gave me 2 skins out of pitty, hence I edited his name.
This is a mashup of both the complaint I raised with Steam and the situation I am in.
Hope I made myself understood as I am still not over it.
