Couples Therapist ignores my message and followup for a week, then answers and promptly deletes it. I'm confused

Question

My ex and I are going to couples therapy to "see what went wrong and preserve the friendship". It's not going super well, so I asked the therapist to give me personal feedback on how I come across in argument. They gave me an individual session and shared some valuable feedback, the notes from which they promptly shared with my ex "for transparency". Ok, no problem.

Now, a week ago my ex also asked the therapist to give her a similar feedback session. I asked the therapist on whatsapp whether it would be okay to share the notes with me as well, for clarity and transparency. It's a week later, the therapist has seen the message but not replied. I followed up 2 days ago, and yesterday they finally replied... and immediately deleted the message and wrote nothing else.

My ex also mentioned nothing from the individual session, despite me having come forward with mine as soon as I had it.

What's going on? Are my ex and the therapist in cahoots? Could the therapist be siding with my ex on the issue and therefore thinking I don't deserve to know what feedback she got/what she should work on?
