Real Pokemon backside of cards

I assume this was asked 100 times, but I can't find exact answer, so I'll ask a question in type of two statements and you correct me if I'm wrong. Sorry, beginner here in TCG but since I'm just coming into this I want to be sure 100%.

1. ALL real Pokemon cards have the same recognizable back side, pokeball int he middle, Pokemon text top and bottom with blue edges. Any backs SILVER or GOLD card are just a fan art (not OEM) and there is no value in them

2. There are only TWO offical Gold cards and that are Charzard and Pikachu inside the Celebrations pack and that's it. There is no SILVER card (with silver back I mean)
