Pc not booting with fully functional ram

Good morning everyone!

Already cleared cmos, even tried installing another boot version, but it didn't help.

Context:

I have a b450m with an Ryzen 3 2200g processor. I used it for a while. i wanted to give it to another person but i wanted the ram sticks, so i bought some 2x8gb 2666 ddr4 memory, to replace the 2x8gb 3200 ddr4 it had. But it isn't booting with the new ram. It still boots with the old ram.

I tested both the sticks in my work computer, but all the 4 sticks of ram are functioning perfectly, the problem isn't in the Ryzen 3 either, not even in the PSU.

When i try to start it with the newer ram, all the lights turn on, the cpu heats up as normal, the cpu and fans start rotating but it does not boot or beep.

Any ideas to what to test?
