6 months since my DT boycott

Rant/Vent

After their prices increased and I saw their "value" section that nobody asked for, I decided enough was enough. It's getting out of hand. A lot of people have said this, but it is true--they're no longer the $1 store anymore. 1.25 was fine I guess, until they increased their max item prices to $7 and now it just feels disrespectful at this point. I'm only a teenager and I'm having to reflect and say, "back in my day prices used to be...!" With this store. Late night \ weekend trips to DT for junk snacks and drinks are over now lol. I just go to Walmart and shop great value now, at least their prices stay fairly cheap after every company decided to price gouge because "someone will buy it." And they're right someone will, but it just won't be me anymore, and I think you guys should do the same. Maybe once there are enough of us, they'll make a change.
