New build or upgrade?

Both. I built one with your guys help in 2020 and now planning on upgrading, but giving some parts to build a new one for my dad.

  • Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)

For the new build I'll use my GPU EVGA FT3W 3070 card for my dad and possible give him my AMD Ryzen 3700x CPU

  • PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)

Upgrade pc is for gaming new build will be for doing youtube videos and editing. It's his hobby.

  • Purchase country? Near Micro Center?

Both in USA and have a Micro Center nearby

  • Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)

My monitors are described below. Don't know if changing to a 4070 I would need a better 27". My main one is the ViewSonic.

  • Budget range? (Include tax considerations)

Mine up to $1000 my dad $700 without taxes.

  • WiFi or wired connection?

Upgrade will be WIFI and New build wired

  • Size/noise constraints?

Mid tower for both.

  • Color/lighting preferences?

No preferences

  • Any other specific needs?

I had pictures of what I worked out for both in PCPARTPICKER and willing to add those as pictures if allowed on the comments. Just in case I'll add what i have here
