Whats a fun build with Apex Predator?

This augment is so fun but I find myself always going back to Crawlers Boots (for that perma Kayn W)+ Heartsteel + Unending Despair (perma heal) regardless of any champion and Im kinda sick of it.

Do you guys have any creative build with Apex?
