Are these reasonable prices? Do I have any wiggle room on the Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE?

This is the “best and final OTD” prices over several dealerships near me (the only ones that have/will have the car).

MSRP: $31,405

Packages/Accessories (convenience package with moonroof, which I want): $1250

Port installed packages (bullshit I do not want or need): $1004

Delivery/Handling: $1350

Total before below: $35009

Discount: -$500

Document prep: $464

License/Title: $208.41

Tire/Battery/VTR: $5

Sales tax: $2760.72

Total OTD: $37,947.13

Any suggestions? Super new to this, first time buying, will be paying cash but they don’t know that yet. I’d like to pay closer to $35k all in.
