Should I block them?

This happened a while back (months ago) when I was threatened by someone (who was acting as a female)on discord who said he would send a video of me playing with my pp to all my friends on instagram and Facebook. I blocked them on both instagram and Facebook but have yet to block him on discord because he said he would send the video out if I did, but it has been I while and I want to know if it’s safer that I block him on discord now. Our chats are still visible with the video of me and screenshots of my friends list on my socials so I feel like it would be good to block him to get rid of the chats, but I’m not sure because what if he has the video and ss saved on his device. I’m basically just asking for help on what I should do in this situation, I honestly don’t know what to do. My anxiety has been through the roof lately.
