Will I need to get a new medical or just the vaccinations report?

I realized I've messed up and probably will get an RFE. I had my medical done back in my home country, because I came here on a K1 visa so it was required beforehand. I applied for AOS now, but I realized I didn't get my Covid and flu shots (the Covid vaccine was unavailable at that time in my home country, and the flu shot is not required there). Will I need to get a new medical, or just the vaccinations section?

How much does it cost? I am a military dependent and found out a military doctor can do it, but I cannot find any information about it online whatsoever.
