Looking for the best headsets to play competitive FPS games on PS5

I've had for 5 years the Astro A50s gen 3, they're good but not great, they're comfortable, I love being able to mute the mic just by lifting it, and also being able to mix voice chat and game volume.

In CoD multiplayer I can never hear footsteps, in WZ I can sometimes but I can't usually pinpoint where they're from.

However, they're at their end of life considering how the battery is draining super fast.

I would like to buy a new pair of headsets, no problem spending 300+ if needed, but I just want the best available. Currently debating between A50s gen 4 or Arctis Nova Pros, but I'm open to suggestions.

Only requirement, it must have a mic.

Thanks in advance!

PS: ignore the flare, I have no idea what that means.
