Get cold sores 1-2 times a month what should I do?

Like the title said, I legit get cold sores 1 to 2 times a month. I’m 21 and just feel like I’m getting them way more often than most people I know. People in the group know how big of a pain it is.

Any advice? Is there any treatment to minimize outbreaks?
