PLEASE READ EVERYTHING WORD FOR WORD PLEASE.

My OCD has been hell. I feel a lot of guilt over pornography and a lot of fear about data and technology. What I’m mainly scared of now is the fact that on TNAFLIX, I was on private browsing mode for safari on my iPhone and liked a video and then closed tab just to see what happens. To my surprise it saved my like and the video went from like 8 likes to 9. It was a very vanilla video nothing crazy just very old. I feel awful, is this apart of my data now? I also found out when you click the like button on the website multiple times really fast it can glitch out and go from 8 likes to 5 to 10. I’m freaking out right now. When I get anxious I also get IBS and have shut my guts out 3 times over this today. Please someone reach out I’m so scared.
