Balance Transfer - Questions

I'm trying to understand how balance transfers work with Capital One. I have the 0% promotional APR and I want to take advantage of it. With that being said, which bank address should I use for Citi checking account? Should I use whatever google throws me? Also, do they wire the money to the account you enter? Or is it mailed to your home address? If so, how long does it take to to arrive to your mailbox?
