Thickened Endometrium

Hey there, I’ve posted on here a couple of times and had great responses so thank you all! I had another transvaginal ultrasound today and I was joking with sonographer about her telling me if she seen anything and she said she wouldn’t let on as she had a good poker face but we talked as normal and she was clicking away taking photos and she never said much until I got changed. When I came out she asked me when my last period was and I advised last month and that I had been taking the combined pill since 01st September, on the advice of my GP to see if this stopped symptoms. She advised initially that the endometrium lining was thicker than she’d expect (I never thought to ask the measurement) but then advised this may be due to the pill (I do feel like she said that not to worry me). She then stated she would refer me for a gynaecology app and when I asked if everything was okay she said yeah don’t go away and worry but I just want to refer you on. Now I know Dr.Google is the worst but getting myself a bit spooked that endometrial hyperplasia is the first thing that comes up. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I have loads of symptoms which I thought were PCOS or Endo but I’m unsure now. My symptoms are on the previous posts on my page if yous wanted to see them.
