Heart is being damaged by stimulants and symptoms now appearing - are any stimulants safe at this point?

I’m panicking. Been taking around 50mg of Dexedrine and 100mg of Vyvanse every day since late June.

Couldn’t walk for longer than 5 minutes without fatigue and discomfort. Went from working out three times a week to not being able to exert myself. But for some reason I didn’t think much of that.

Shit is now starting to hit the fan. Carried groceries across a parking lot and the strain triggered enduring symptoms, including chest pain like I’ve never felt it before. The pain went down into my left arm, though my arm was also numb. Lasted for many hours.

EKG, bloodwork, and X-Ray were normal. Hospital doctor diagnosed me with heart inflammation based on symptoms.

My GP says without an echocardiogram it’s useless and it’s possible my heart isn’t pumping correctly even if the EKG comes back fine.

I tried to vape buff one today and almost passed out from fatigue, and the intense chest pain came back. It’s lasted all day and hasn’t gotten better.

I am now scared. Are stimulants safe for me to take if I stay within the healthy maximum dose (70mg Vyvanse OR 40mg Dexedrine)?

I’m willing to flush them all and endure the crash if that means I won’t die or develop a permanent heart condition. Could hardly get up my stairs to my bedroom from my kitchen today. Went from being a lifter to this.
