Devastated by my Step 2 score

US-IMG at one of the "BIG" Three or four or whatever they call it these days.

I wanted General Surgery but at this point I don't even know if I would get a prelim spot.

My shelf exams were not that bad: IM- 75, PEDs - 73, OB/GYN -72, Psych - 81, Surgery 74

4 High passes on my transcript, only a pass in Surgery - preceptor just gave passes in other aspects of grading.

Passed Step 1 on first attempt but Step 2 was 217.

I could use some advice please and thank you!
