We are looking for an admin. Assistant for a Property Management Company in the US.

Work schedule: 05:00 AM - 02:00 PM Manila time.

Arrangement: Direct employment, mandatory benefits share by employer will be paid pero you have to process it yourself, for the meantime.

What you will do: Learn the trades and processes within the next two or three months, deals with invoices and leases etc, deals with vendors and tenants phone calls.

Preferably: Someone who is a self starter and a constant professional (please, wfh to, nakakahiya sa counter part pag in the middle of the meeting or call may sumisigaw na bata).

With good command of the english language, someone who does not fear taking calls, someone who will keep her/his calm when dealing with irate people.

Knowledge in MS tools is a plus. Knowledge in Accounting is also a plus.

Company provided laptop and wfh.
