Visiting Varanasi for the first time - need tips

Hi everyone! I’m a Canadian whose coming to visit Varanasi with my family from October 24(10am flight lands) - October 26th (11am flight takes off).

Can someone share what is a must see and what time is the best time to see kashi mandir? I don’t do well with crowds and was wondering if I should get the 300 rupees ticket to sugam darshan?

Also, any other sites we should see!
