Helloo! I am writing a research report with my group and it requires over 120 respondents for this survey. It will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete this survey with 15 quick multiple choice questions and 5 short written questions. This survey focuses on public awareness of sustainable resource usage and to promote efficient and sustainable usage of natural resources from our planet in order to maintain balance between our environment and society so that it ensures survivability of future generations. The aim is to find out what kind of sustainable habits you are currently practicing and how familiar you are with the concept of sustainable resource usage. Your emails and responses would be recorded strictly for research purposes and it would be kept confidential. Thank you for participating in our research. Your efforts are much appreciated.
