can i use the switch Hori fighiting commander on pc?

As title say, i'd like to buy the fighting commander NOT THE OCTA, the previous one, but i can't find it in my country (italy, europe) there's only the switch one. Can i use it? I don't like the octa it gives me some problem with air dash on strive and i was also thinking about the razer raion but that shit is too pricey
