Describing ECs that won their founders awards.

I am part of an org that won a super prestigious award during my time where I held a big leadership position. However, this was registered as the founder's personal project (its an award granted to specific individuals, wont say the name due to privacy -- think WEF Young Leaders Program/UN Young Champions of the Earth). Do i include this descriptor in my common app or would this be considered dishonesty? Obviously I am not trying to claim ownership of the award, I'm just wondering if I can say, this org I worked in basically won this person an award; I just want to put the honor there for credibility and achievement since I would say I am an integral part to the success in its management.
