Chappa Asada Tacos

I’m having issues completing this recipe. I’ve made it before but there seems to be a bug where I can’t cook the meat. I play on switch, so I’m supposed to tap A whenever it aligns together. But it’s bugged to the point that when I try and tap it just resets it to the start then I’ll try it again not aligned and it says I failed. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks
