Help! FET Medicated or Modified Natural!

Hi guys! 38F and have 2 euploid embryos, won’t be doing anymore ER. I’ve finally made it to FET and my doctor is letting me decide between Medicated or Modified Natural. Any advice on which I should choose? My doctor insists that outcomes are equal. I dread the PIO shots with a passion, but idk if I trust my body to do what it needs to with modified natural. Also, I suspect endo but my doctor doesn’t want to do any further testing or protocol changes. Which is best? I don’t want this decision to make or break my journey after everything I’ve been through!
