Best moisturizer to use with panoxyl?

I am officially trying to take control of my hormonal acne. I’ve used benzoyl peroxide spot treatment and nothing else for half a year now. It helps with painful acne but I have scarring everywhere and I just look bad ugh. but I just started using panoxyl face wash. Every moisturizer I’ve used in the past has made me breakout except neutrogena hydro boost gel. Would that be a good moisturizer to use with panoxyl or should I try something else?
