Feeling hungover/high/flu-like symptoms for a week
I’m not sure what’s happening to me but I’m having some strange symptoms. I'm a 33 year old female, non-smoker, 65 kg and 173 cm tall, based in UK.
For the six week I’ve been feeling high/hungover without being either. It started a week ago when I was feeling slightly hungover. I had 4 beers the night before and taken 1 puff of weed (which I haven’t done for over a year). I had also taken my normal dose of Elvanse (30mg). The next day I felt very hungove and had one beer with a friend to soothe it a bit. When I got home I felt so much anxiety. I fell asleep in what felt like a panic state. The next day I think I felt fine but slightly off again, which is normal for me as I sometimes get 2 day hangovers. Then the next couple of days I had a lot of work so I took my normal vyvanse dose and topped it off with 5mg of attentin plus drank two coffees a day. Then on Wednesday I felt super dizzy/high and nauseous and also have these headaches.
My doctor checked if I had BPPV but I didn’t. I’ve been sleeping about 14h per day and stopped taking my meds but I still feel the exact same way and it’s been now 3 days since that dizziness attack. My nausea stopped but all the other symptoms are there. I just feel out of it. My head feels like cotton and I’m also getting these headaches.
It feels like I have the flu without the nasal/oral symptoms. I feel mentally fatigued, fatigue in my body and like all I want to do is sleep. Yet this doesn’t help. I still feel the same when I wake up.
I’m getting a bit worried as I've not felt this way before. Does anyone know what my symptoms could be and what I should do?
