Argument about jiffies

Got into an argument with a trainer, supervisor and manager. Someone put a package in the wrong spot 3 times. They put a small box the size of an iPhone in a jiffy box instead of on a shelf when I was stowing. So instead of yelling at them I went and asked the trainer. They gave me wrong info. So I walked to the supervisor to complain. Gave me the same info the trainer gave me. So I went to my manager, who told me my thought process was correct. Then a few minutes later they are all in a group and the supervisor told me the process and said they would get me the document to prove it. They told me I seemed stressed lately, it’s only packages and I shouldn’t get angry over little things. I said done properly. The trainer who started this bull**** was the one who trained me at the start. So she was wrong. I said I want her to retrain me on what to do or I will go to hr to request retaining
