back pain and leg weakness

32m, 5'11 about 15 stone, on buorenophene, fexofenadine, paracetamol, prednisolone

So I feel stuck right now. I tried getting an emergency appointment with my GP, they where meant to call me back but haven't I'm thinking of calling 111 but I really don't want to go to a&e

I have a t7 wedge fracture and senovial cyst as well as Crohn's disease. Any time I try to walk more than 5 steps I get 9/10 back pain and my legs go tingly and numb, I've fallen over more times that I can count trying to get to the bathroom, certain positions the pain is manageable like a 5/10 like sitting/lying down. It just making my life unmanageable right now. I've been trying to manage with it for a few weeks hoping it will go away but I feel it's getting worse. I haven't lifted anything heavy or over stretched anything in my back. I just woke up and it was suddenly there.
