Where to start (…again)?

Dear Brothers,

I was a Ultramarines player years ago. Time passed, now I have some time and money to spare. I want to build up a space marines army - ofc Ultramarines. Where to start? What is a useful army composition right now?

I will be setting it pretty grim.

For the Emperor!
