Upgrading Board Game tokens

I’m rather new to board gaming and I would like to upgrade the token chips to a board game (Quacks of Quendlinberg). I question if these pla print tokens will scratch the board? I just wonder if anyone has experienced this, not just for this game, for any game I may try and upgrade pieces/tokens/money.

I read through reviews and mainly the reviews are when they first get their product. I wondered what it was like after they used them after some game plays.
