I need a silent grinder ($250)

I need a silent grinder.. recently moved out from my parents house to an apartment and my current grinder is way to noisy (did a test and it's grinding at 96 decibels)!! I work during the night and I could easily wake my girlfriend and my Neighbours up.

I live in Norway and options are slimmer than elsewhere usually drink straight espresso and cappuccino. Have been looking at the x ultra or kingrinder k6, and even the hibrew g5 grinder but workflow wise electric is a big plus when Making back to back shots. Don't really want to use too much money and if I must, hand grinder is definitely on the table, but again electric would work better for me, I appreciate any help I can get 🙂
