BA Avios required for award seats increased in seconds

Yesterday I checked and double checked availability and points required before I transferred from AMEX to my BA account. The reward seats were still there after my completed the transfer. I then played around with different dates just to make sure and went back within seconds with the original date and was ready to book just to find out both Avios points and tax had increased from 70k to 100k and $300 to $500 respectively Has it happened to anyone ? I just checked this morning and it is still high. What should it do ? I’m so mad at myself
