Profile picture on Jobseeking websites?

Should I put a profile picture on indeed? My university qualifications are self explanatory but, I have a foreign sounding and unique name. People often talk to me because I look friendly so I was thinking that by putting a picture my looks it might remove potential negative bias or against me. I already have a picture on LinkedIn.
