My XpPen Artist 14 Gen 2 is not working

I tried everything at this point... trying other drivers, buying new cables, i even bought a brand new PC (1k2€), and the issue is still there :

When i plug my drawing tablet, the XpPen application recognize it for a few seconds (i can use the pencil to move the cursor around the screen, so it detects it), but 5 seconds later (always 5), it shows a "no signal" picture on the drawing pad, and then it disconnects automatically. And there is nothing i can do about it.

Can anybody help me ? please ?
