Has anyone had a bad experience with the paraguard and gone onto have a good experience with the mini due to less copper?

Looking at all my options. I had a terrible experience with the paraguard not due to its size but due to the copper that was filling up in my body. Would be interesting to know if a mini has less copper and if it might affect me differently. I switched to skyla and I hate it. I also don’t want babies so I feel cornered. Condoms and FAM just scare me that mistakes could happen too easily. I’m so frustrated that nothing seems to agree with me. I was on the pill for ten years and never again, I thought I’ll never touch hormones again but I made the mistake of giving skyla iud a chance. I’m just so numb and I feel like I have to choose between either being ill and anemic/numb of emotion or having that risk of pregnancy. I’m trying to look carefully into all my options.
