Why extras aren't accepted? Do I have a chance in admission?

Hello! I applied to Bocconi in the early session, but I didn’t see any mention of a CV, personal statement, or extracurriculars. Why did Bocconi stop taking these into consideration? Also, I’m applying for the BIEM program. What do you think my chances are with a 1360 SAT score and a GPA of 9.34 in my second-to-last year and 9.29 in my third-to-last year? I also have dual citizenship (EU and Brazilian).
